Understanding your options

Medicare Part D plans are offered by insurers and other private companies to help cover a wide range of brand-name and generic prescription drugs. Anyone who is eligible for Medicare can enroll in a Medicare Part D plan. This includes those who are 65 and older, as well as those under 65 with certain disabilities. Local Health Mart Pharmacies accept most Medicare Part D plans. Most importantly, we can answer your questions to make sure you are getting the most out of your Medicare benefits.

We accept Medicaid, too!

Don't forget to ask about insurance coverage for your medication. We accept Medicaid, Medicare D, and all major insurances. Your prescriptions, or a generic brand alternative, will be covered by your insurance to reduce or eliminate the cost to you at the pharmacy.
